Abu Rahmah was the sister of Bassem Abu Rahmah who was also killed during a peaceful protest in Bil'in on April 17th, 2010.

A journalist and a demonstrator were lightly injured during today's demonstration in Bil'in. The two were hit in the head with teargas grenades shot by the soldiers.
Demonstrator Shot Dead During Bil'in Demonstration
Bassem Abu Rahmah, 29 year-old activist from Bil'in, was shot dead during a peaceful demonstration in the village. He was shot in the chest with a high-velocity tear-gas projectile aimed directly at him from a distance of about 40 meters.
