Ehab Afdal Barghouti after being shot in the head with a rubbr-coated bullet

The rubber-coated bullet that critcally injured Ehab Barghouthi last Friday during a Nabi Saleh demonstration was extracted from his head during brain surgery in the Ramallah hospital.

While Barghouthi's life is no longer in danger, long-term effect of his injury are still unpredictable, as the bullet fractured Ehab's skull and lodged itself a few centimeters into his head. After a few days of slow improvement Barghouthi was reported to have gone into a coma today.
