The Shin Bet prevented Mohammed Khatib of the Bil'in Popular Committee to cross the Allenby Bridge on his way to Spain today. Khatib was banned despite having a permit to leave the country from the Military court.

At 1:30 in the morning on July 19th armed Israeli soldiers drove into Bil'in under the cover of the pitch black night, and raided the house of well known activist Wajeeh Burnat, one of the main characters in the film Bil'in Habibti. This time, the raid was conducted to take Ahmad, his 17 year-old son.

Israeli forces arrested Lusia Morgantini, the former Vice President of the European Parliament, and three others during the weekly anti-wall demonstration in the West Bank village of Bil'in earlier today. All were released once the soldiers realized who was in their hands.
